EASTERN DIVISION
The Cincinnati Swerve has a media day scheduled for Friday and Saturday they open the MLIS schedule by hosting Rapid City FC at 8:05pm.
The Cleveland Crunch hosted a World Cup watch party on Friday...and coming up, the Crunch will host an intrasquad scrimmage and food drive on Friday in conjunction with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank. On Sunday they will make an appearance at Magic of Lights and help collect toys for Toys for Tots.
The Detroit Waza open their season on December 17.
Rapid City FC signed Lito Esquivel and Matt Jackson, announced tryouts for a new dance team, and hosted the inaugural Rapid City FC Invitational, where they dropped a one-goal game, 4-3, in the final...and coming up, Rapid City will travel to Cincinnati for the MLIS league opener.
CENTRAL DIVISION
The Brew City Legends hosted their open tryouts on Saturday and announced plans to add a PASL women's team.
The Chicago Mustangs open their season on December 10.
The Illinois State Line Falcons open their season on December 10.
The Omaha Kings played a preseason exhibition game against the Iowa Raptors in Cedar Rapids. The teams were tied 5-5 after three quarters before Iowa slipped away with a 9-7 win. The Kings also brought a U-15 team to Iowa, who won their youth indoor tournament.
SOUTHERN DIVISION
The Austin Emerald open their season on December 10.
The Houston Bolt signed Julian Pavon, Severino Dos Ramos Rego Neto, and Cristian Wolter...and coming up, the Bolt home opener is on January 7.
The Springfield Demize announced sponsorship deals with Fidelity Property Management and Access Dental & Dentures...and coming up, the Demize home opener is on December 10.
