WMLIS CHAMPIONSHIP SET: CHICAGO MUSTANGS TO FACE SUMMIT CITY UNITED IN TITLE MATCH

Chicago, Ill – The 2025 Women’s Major League Indoor Soccer (WMLIS) season is coming to a close as the league’s two top-performing teams prepare to battle in the WMLIS Championship 6:00 PM EDT Saturday, April 12 at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Chicago Mustangs (Chicago, Ill.), who finished the regular season with a perfect 6-0 record, enter the title match as the #1 seed and the only undefeated team in the WMLIS. Summit City United (Ft. Wayne, Ind.), the #2 seed, posted an impressive 4-2 regular season record. 

This marks the first-ever WMLIS Championship to be held as part of the league’s growing commitment to expanding professional opportunities for women in arena soccer.
